We handle every single facet of the project, from interior design, architectural services coordination, engineering coordination, permitting and every facet of the construction process including project management.
GC: Already have plans, approved drawings, permits, floorplans etc.? We can provide quantities and costs for takeoffs / estimates / bids for your construction project. We love meeting and working with architects and designers who are outside of our current network.
Owners Rep: Need someone to put the whole thing together? Or, to coordinate all the parties already in place? No worries, we got you, for a small percentage of the overall project cost, we'll review all proposals from architects, trades etc., and help you perform quality control, review all change orders, flag and present possible credit memos etc., This service will pay for itself four-fold.
Feasibility Review / Cost Analysis / Consulting: As a native New Yorker and lifelong resident of NYC, with a masters in Urban Planning and over 300 construction projects under my belt, I'm pretty good at identifying undervalued neighborhoods and undervalued properties within those undervalued neighborhoods. Once specific properties are identified as having good value, I'll examine how much it will cost to bring the existing structure up to the value of comparable renovated or newly constructed spaces in the area to establish the probable profit of such an endeavor.
